Processing & Handling Time

Since each piece is custom-engraved specifically for you, we require time to ensure the wood is perfectly polished and the details are precise.

• Our standard processing time is 3 - 5 business days (Monday - Friday).

• During peak holiday seasons, this may take slightly longer, but we always work our hardest to stay on schedule.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. To keep things simple, we offer a flat shipping rate of $6.95 for all standard orders.

If your order total is $75 or more, we are happy to provide Free Standard Shipping as a thank you for your support.

• Standard Transit Time: Once shipped, your package will typically arrive within 5 - 8 business days.

• Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect to receive your order within 8 - 13 business days from the day you place it (this includes both carving and transit time).

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is packed and ready to leave our studio, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our "Track Your Order" page to follow your puzzle’s journey to your home.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If you still need help, contact us at support@mytimberkin.com within 3 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you in locating it.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to bring TimberKin to more families worldwide in the future!

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if there is an issue with your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Because our products are personalized, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@mytimberkin.com if:

• The item was defective or damaged during transit.

• You received the wrong item.

• There is a misspelling that differs from the names you provided in your order.

In these cases, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return or report an issue, please contact us at support@mytimberkin.com.

• Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Returns Address

Please note: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Cancellations

Since we start the carving process quickly, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we may have already begun crafting your unique piece.
