1. How long will it take to receive my order? Each puzzle is handcrafted and custom-engraved just for you.

  • Production Time: 3 - 5 business days.

  • Shipping Time: 5 - 8 business days. In total, you can expect your unique piece to arrive within 8 - 13 business days.

2. Can I change the names after I’ve placed my order? We start our carving process quickly! If you notice a mistake, please email us at support@mytimberkin.com within 12 hours. After that window, we may have already started crafting your piece, and changes might not be possible.

3. Will my puzzle look exactly like the pictures? Since we use 100% natural sustainable wood, every piece is unique. While the shape will be identical, the grain patterns and wood shades may vary slightly. This is what makes your handcrafted gift truly one-of-a-kind!

4. What happens if there is a spelling error on my puzzle? We engrave exactly what you provide in the customization box. Please double-check your spelling! However, if we make a mistake that differs from your order notes, we will send you a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

5. Is the wood safe for my home? Yes! We use high-quality, natural timber and non-toxic finishes. Our puzzles are designed as decorative sculptures to bring warmth and love to your living space.

6. Do you ship outside the United States? Currently, we only ship within the United States from our studio in Smithfield, Virginia. We are looking into international shipping for the future!

7. How much does shipping cost? We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.95 for all orders. If your order total is $75 or more, shipping is on us (FREE)!

8. Can I track my package? Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also use our "Track Your Order" page to see where your puzzle is at any time.

9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged? We pack our puzzles with great care, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email support@mytimberkin.com with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we will make it right.
